Note: This is a reminder that the biggest problem you can have with these headphones is if you have already been paired in the past with a different set of MPOW HC5 headphones or the G3 ear piece. It helps to go into your Bluetooth settings and remove any G3 and MPOW HC5 devices by forgetting the old devices before you get started.
Pull down from the top of the screen and touch and hold the blue tooth icon (that will open the bluetooth settings)
If you see a MPOW HC5 already in the list of paired devices, hit the settings cog next to the device and then click on the forget icon to trash the previous pairing
Hold the center button down on the headphone as seen in the picture below for 5 seconds to start the pairing process. You should see the MPOW HC5 appear. Click on it to pair.
Test to make sure it works
NOTE: These head phones allow for more than one device (IE PHONE) to be paired with them. If you are having trouble, it could be that someone is there with their phone that is already paired with the headphones.
Follow the exact same instructions for the HC5 - except remove any previous paired devices named G3.
The pairing button to hold down for several seconds is the on/off button.
